# How to launch your first product with inkome

Create a digital product from your YouTube content, publish your store & start promoting it to your viewers.

## Before you start

You'll need an active inkome subscription, a YouTube channel you own or manage & an account with Whop, Gumroad or Shopify for checkout.

You don't need to qualify for YouTube ad revenue to sell your own products.

## 01. Enter your channel

Paste your YouTube channel URL or handle into inkome. Confirm the channel & start the scan.

inkome analyzes available videos & comments to identify recurring topics, questions & requests from your audience.

## 02. Choose a product idea

Choose a product idea that solves a specific problem for your viewers.

For example, a fitness channel could create a dumbbell workout guide for viewers who train at home.

Start the **Product Build** to generate the product's content & design. Each build costs **150 credits**.

## 03. Review your product

Review the finished product. Check that:

* The content is useful, accurate & complete.
* The writing sounds like you.
* The cover, colors & illustrations fit your channel.
* Any claims or instructions are appropriate for your audience.
* You have the rights to any material you include.

Edit the content & design as needed. Check the credit cost before starting another generation action.

## 04. Create your Sales Page

Generate a **Sales Page** for **25 credits**. This is where viewers learn about your product & continue to checkout.

Check the headline, product previews, benefits & price. The page should clearly explain what buyers receive.

**Sales Page Hosting** on a **publy.store** address is included while your subscription remains active.

## 05. Connect checkout & publish

Choose **Whop**, **Gumroad** or **Shopify**, then select **Connect** & complete the provider's setup.

Confirm the product, price & delivery settings. Review your store & select **Publish**. Check the live page & test the purchase & delivery flow using your provider's supported options.

Draft pages are password protected. Published pages are publicly accessible.

inkome charges **0% commission** on your product sales. Your checkout provider's fees still apply.

## 06. Start promoting

Generate a **Promo Kit** for **25 credits**. It includes scripts & copy for video ad reads, video sales letters, descriptions, pinned comments & community posts.

Review the copy, add your product link & publish it alongside relevant content. Use inkome's tracking links to measure clicks, sales & revenue.

You create or record the finished promotional content yourself.
