# How do credits work?

Use credits to generate products, Sales Pages & Promo Kits. Your balance is shared across all channels in your account.

## What uses credits?

A **Product Build** covers the product itself. Its Sales Page & Promo Kit each use another 25 credits.

**Unlimited Product Ideas** is included in your plan, subject to reasonable rate limits & service availability.

Check the cost shown in the app before confirming any other generation or revision action.

## Monthly plans

Monthly plans start with **500 credits on Creator** or **2,500 credits on Pro**. Your monthly allocation increases as you remain subscribed.

Each row shows your total monthly allocation at that stage.

Your allocation reaches its maximum after three months. Unused monthly subscription credits expire at the end of each monthly billing period & do not roll over.

## Annual plans

Annual plans give you the highest loyalty allocation immediately, with the full year's credits upfront.

Use these credits throughout your paid year. Any unused annual credits expire at the end of that paid year.

## How much can I create?

With your starting monthly allocation:

* **Creator:** Three Product Builds use 450 of your 500 credits. Alternatively, two Product Builds with a Sales Page & Promo Kit each use 400 credits, leaving 100.
* **Pro:** Fifteen Product Builds use 2,250 of your 2,500 credits. Alternatively, twelve Product Builds with a Sales Page & Promo Kit each use 2,400 credits, leaving 100.

These examples exclude extra revisions & other chargeable actions. Any additional limits shown in your plan also apply.

## Credits from additional channels

Each purchased additional channel includes **500 monthly credits**, shared across your account. These additional credits do not receive loyalty bonuses.

These credits are separate from your base plan allowance. Check the add-on's billing & credit schedule before purchasing, especially if your main plan is annual.

## Buying extra credits

Buy an extra credit pack when you need more credits for your existing channels.

Packs are one-time purchases. Check the price, credit amount & expiration terms in your account before buying. You need an active subscription unless the offer states otherwise.

On a monthly plan, you can also wait for your next credit allocation. Annual plans do not receive monthly refills.

## What if a generation fails?

Failed generations are not charged or have their credits restored. If your balance still looks wrong, contact [support@inkome.ai](mailto:support@inkome.ai) with the affected product, action & approximate time.

Wanting a different result does not make a completed generation a technical failure. Generating another version may use credits.

## What happens to loyalty if I cancel?

Loyalty resets when your subscription is marked canceled in billing. It does not carry over if you resubscribe.

Turning off renewal or having a failed payment only resets loyalty if the subscription is marked canceled.
